Training and capacity development
For training and capacity building aspects, Innova Consulting has been providing tailor-made training courses ranging from personal skills development to organizational management functions, from as basic as Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) in rural development to much more complicated topics such as strategic communication training for management staff of state-own corporations.
The training programmes incorporate theories and practices, and modern frameworks with updated knowledge, on trainee-centered emphasis.
Innova Consulting was established in 2010 and provides comprehensive research, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity development services to the humanitarian and development sectors.
